Nick Harrison
Education Director
Playertech is the creation of founder, Nick Harrison, combining two things that are very close to him in sporting excellence and player education.
Nick is a native of England where he earned his undergraduate degree in Education from the University of Liverpool, following this up with a Masters degree in Sport and Exercise Science from Leeds University. From here Harrison went onto become lecturer in Exercise Physiology at North Lindsey College while also coaching soccer professionally with Scunthorpe United Football Club.
Upon relocating to the USA, Harrison continued coaching, obtaining NSCAA Premier Coaching License and Director of Coaching Certification, holding Director positions with Soccer Education companies in both New Jersey and California, as well as a coaching position with Hawaii Pacific University.
In 2012 Harrison founded an elite level soccer club, Mercer FC, geared towards players striving for soccer excellence. Within 5 years Mercer had produced 4 teams all ranking in the National top 20 within their age/gender, with his U16 girls Mercer FC Magic earning National Finalist at the 2016 US Club National Cup in Colorado returning to the National finals in 2018 with PDA Spurs. He currently coaches with the Player Development Academy (PDA).
As Playertech continues to grow we are striving to work with top coaches in the field to offer services to players within multiple sports of Soccer, Football, Lacrosse, Hockey and Basketball.
